Chicken Marsala
Chicken was delicious and the Marsala Wine sauce just right! The selection of Pinot Noir was very good! Very nice resturant! Staff accomadating. We will be back!
Chicken Francaise
V E R Y good . . . ! My associates had Seafood Medley, Zuppa de Peche and the Fresh Cod special. We were absolutely happy happy! AND stuffed!! And still took leftovers home! Desserts were to die for! Presentation was wonderful. Staff is Top Notch!
Classic Caesar
Nice fresh Caesar salad. Good size too- it's great for a full sized light meal.
Salmon Risotto
Great meal. I have had it twice now and really enjoyed it. Julia is so hospitable, always smiling and helpful.
Chicken Marsala
I have loved Aldo's ever since childhood getting pizza at Aldo's of Italy in Waterbury. When I discovered the same ownership opened Aldo's in Middlebury. My favorite dish is the Chicken Marsala. I enjoy sipping on a pomegranate margarita that is fresh and flavorful. The fresh bread and appetizer of fried mozzarella is always delicious. For desert I always end the night with a slice of strawberry cheesecake or chocolate moose cake. My boyfriend enjoys the chicken Parmesan.
Filet Mignon*
Had a party of 9 dining. We had fried mozzarella which was so good we ordered 2 more! The brussel sprout appetizer was perfectly cooked and the balsamic was just enough. I had the filet mignon medium rare and it cut like butter and had just enough seasoning to enhance the flavor. The cannoli for dessert was so large and the filling was one of the best I've ever had! Service was attentive. Would highly recommend and will return!

Rigatoni Bolognese
The rigatoni bolognese here is DELICIOUS! No one makes it better!
Antipasto
The first time my husband and went we were so blown away. I had the Chicken Milanese and he had a Seafood Pasta Dish. Both dishes were amazing and the portions were huge also our service was great. We have been back there several times(trying something new each time) and each time we bring different friends with us and all of them have loved it. This is definitely MUST try for people who have not done so yet !!!!!! Sue P Watertown
